Objectives

Structural strengthening and durability restoration to improve performance and extend the building's service life

The works were carried out across three basement levels of an operational building, requiring careful phasing to avoid disruption. Existing MEP services had to be adjusted and coordinated around the structural upgrades while operations continued uninterrupted.

Solution

Installation of drop panels and beams, combined with concrete repair, moisture control measures and protective coatings, to strengthen the basement slabs and restore durability.

All works were carried out in accordance with ACI standards, under strict quality control, with protective coatings applied to floors, walls and ceilings to ensure long-term durability.
