Objectives
The project resolved persistent water leakage from the high-level 12th-floor canopy, directly above sensitive executive areas.
The scope required removal of the existing aluminium cladding and elevation tiling, modification of the glass elevation structure to address the source of the leakage, and reinstatement of all architectural finishes to restore the building envelope, with executive operations continuing throughout.
Solution
The team engineered a bespoke access system of cantilever platforms and protective scaffolding to reach complex geometries and irregular substrates. Aluminium cladding and elevation tiles were removed, the glass structural framework adjusted to correct design weak points, and all elements reinstated over a new waterproofing system — eliminating water ingress without disrupting daily operations.
