Roof Rehabilitation
Roofs have one thing in common, they all experience harsh weather conditions: rain, extreme temperature variation, humidity, and ultraviolet rays from sun exposure.
These result in roof degradation leading to concrete cracks that deteriorate the structural integrity of the roof and lead to water leakage.
Roof leakage requires a whole job turnkey. It involves the temporary dislocation of MEP utilities, removing the tiles, cleaning the roof, removing the existing waterproofing, and preparing the substrate surface to then execute a new one.
This type of roof rehabilitation requires a longer execution time, while another option could be applying a top coat on the tiles to revive the roof’s life span depending on the severity of the roof condition.
