Thermal Insulation
With the increase in energy cost & environmental awareness, thermal insulation is now a great solution for energy savings. It acts as an envelope that preserves the coolness in the structure.
Thermal insulation is mostly installed on roofs and facades, as well as on floor slabs as an isolator to the heat beneath it such as non-air-conditioned floor parking. We are approved applicators for the leading manufacturers in the region.
PIR
A rigid Polyisocyanurate foam core that can reach 100 % CFC, HCFC or HFC-free. It has high thermal resistance and is clad on both sides with the below options:
1. Multi-layer gastight aluminum complex. This high-quality reflecting ALU cladding consists of no fewer than seven layers, combined into a single complex. It is tested under extreme conditions in respect to water absorption, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and emissivity.
2. Polypropylene-covered bitumen sand and talc-free glass membrane, which can be torched on with bitumen membrane.
3. Perforated coated glass membrane.

XPS
XPS boards (Extruded Polystyrene) are made in a continuous skin surface and developed into a closed cell structure.
This process allows high thermal resistance and superior water resistance properties. XPS provides uniform density distribution, dimensional stability, very high compressive strength, aging resistance, and also immunity against insects, pests, bacteria, and rodent attacks. It also provides good physical properties and long-term performance.
ROCKWOOL
Rockwool products are free from gases such as CFC, HCFC and any other ozone depletion material. It has a wide range of insulation applications due to its excellent ability to block sound, thermal, and fire. Rockwool is light in weight, strong, resilient, and easy to handle and cut for intricate shapes.
Rockwool can come in the form of slabs, blankets & loose wool. They are designed for the thermal and acoustic insulation of flat or slightly curved surfaces, operating at both high and low temperatures. These slabs and blankets are produced from long, non-combustible resin bonded fibers.
The robust fibers in the slabs combine high levels of thermal efficiency and acoustic absorption. The slabs can also be manufactured either without facing, with reinforced aluminum foil facing or with black fiber glass tissue facing.
